Favorite Sensory Toys for Toddlers

The toddler years are so much fun! They are learning and growing at an amazing rate, and it’s so fun to watch them explore their world. Here is a list of my Favorite Sensory Toys for Toddlers. Enjoy!

Multi Sensory Ball Gift Set

I have this set in one of my clinics, and the toddlers LOVE them. Most toddlers love balls to hold, roll, and chase after, so this set is great because each ball is a different color with a different texture.

Suction Cup Spinner Toys

I LOVE these toys for so many different reasons! I love that you can put these at different heights on your refrigerator or door to encourage your little one to stand and balance while spinning the toy. These are great, and the kids will love them for years to come!

Spike the Fine Motor Hedgehog

This little guy is the cutest! This is a great toy for little hands to get fine motor work while also getting great sensory input. I highly recommend this cute little guy!

Toddler Sensory Table with Lid

I love these sensory tables where you can have sand on one side, water on the other, and then eventually combine them for an added sensory benefit! This sensory table is small enough to fit in most indoor play areas with ease, and it does come with a lid, which is nice as well.

Popper Sensory Toys for Toddlers

These popper toys are great. I know how much my preschool patients love these, so I love that they now have them for smaller hands in fun designs. These come in caterpillar and ladybug designs and are super cute. They encourage fine motor skills, tactile stimulation, sensory exploration, and cause-and-effect learning.

Balance Stepping Stones

I have these in the clinics that I work in, and I absolutely love them for balance and sensory input to the feet. I am a big proponent of barefoot activities inside the house for increased sensory input to the bottoms of their little feet, and these are a great activity to get that input while working on balance.

I hope this list of my Favorite Sensory Toys for Toddlers is helpful to you! Please message me with any questions that you have. I’m happy to help!
