About Pediatric PT Mom 🙂

I am a pediatric physical therapist by trade. I am a mom of three beautiful children by God’s grace. I am a lover of all things family and travel.

I started Pediatric PT Mom because I wanted to share my knowledge of infant and child development with more people than those whom I can serve in person. I have more than 20 years of experience working primarily with infants and toddlers, but also with young children and teens, and their families of all backgrounds. I want to be able to help new parents around the globe to better understand their little one’s early development. I want to help parents of young children understand their child’s individual needs, whether it be physical needs, sensory needs, or emotional needs. I want parents of teens to be confident that they are doing a great job even though it may not always feel like it. I want parents of children with special needs to not feel alone. I love helping kids of all ages to be healthy, active, and the best version of themselves so they can enjoy life to its fullest.

Being a mom of three beautiful children, I have so many experiences that I want to share with other parents and caregivers. I hope, by sharing my experiences and my parenting journey, that I can encourage and inspire other parents and caregivers in their own journey. I have always said that parenting is one of the most challenging roles you will ever have in life, but it’s also the most rewarding.

And my love of travel – oh my love of travel – has taught me so much in my life. It has enriched my life in incredible ways, and I am so grateful to be able to now share in my worldly adventures with my family. I want to help other families have amazing experiences that they will remember forever. This world is meant to be traveled, and I want to help you experience this beautiful world of ours with your family.

I am Pediatric PT Mom, and I am here to Educate, Encourage and Inspire you in this amazing journey of parenting.
